1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or using Polp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

These terms form an agreement between you and Navel Digital SL.

2. Service description

Polp is a company knowledge platform that uses artificial intelligence to:

• Store and organize business documentation.
• Process and analyze documents and connected sources.
• Provide answers based on stored content.
• Manage user access within an organization.

3. Registration and accounts

• You must create an account with accurate and current information.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to contract.
• You must keep your access credentials confidential.
• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized account use.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Plans, pricing, and billing

Polp may offer different subscription plans. Applicable pricing and features are shown on the commercial page or in the accepted proposal.

5. Acceptable use

When using the platform, you agree not to:

• Upload illegal, defamatory, obscene, or rights-infringing content.
• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Attempt to access systems or data belonging to other users.
• Reverse engineer the service or attempt to extract source code.
• Resell or sublicense access without authorization.
• Intentionally overload the systems with excessive requests.

6. User content

You retain all rights to content you upload to Polp. You grant us a limited license to host, process, index, and generate answers from that content as part of the service.

We will not use your content to train general AI models or share it with third parties except as needed to provide the service.

7. Artificial intelligence and limitations

Polp does not replace legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

8. Availability, cancellation, and liability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security updates, or events outside our control may interrupt the service.

You may cancel your subscription according to your plan terms. After cancellation, the export and deletion periods communicated by Polp will apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Data protection, changes, and governing law

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these terms. Material changes will be notified with reasonable advance notice.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the competent courts of Madrid unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
